I have not received my item. Ordered on 11/28 and I was sent tracking information. The tracking number provides no information. If I knew this company was not in the US, I would have known 15 days was not realistic. It’s unfortunate that I bought this item for a Christmas gift.

My items have not arrived. The tracking number I was sent shows no information. It has been 20 days since my order. I wish I would have known this company was not in the U.S. as I would have not ordered an item needed as a Christmas gift.
